Teaming with local architects and contractors that specialize in the design & construction of your specific project type, we work directly with you from the beginning of the development process to accelerate the design & construction schedule, reduce project costs, and ensure your specific needs and goals are met efficiently and economically. Through our non-profit development entity, we also provide tax-exempt financing for 100% of the project cost or a portion thereof.
